Quite comfy.Fantastic customer support - I had an issue with my headphones emitting an audible high pitched noise constantly, and they replaced my buds hassle free.Comfy convenient charging case.CONS :Sometimes fall out, have to re-adjust lots (might just be an ear issue - I can hardy ever find headphones to fit me.)RARELY I have to re-pair them because they just refuse to connect for some reason.NEUTRAL :They stick out of my ears more than other wireless headphones which does lead to me adjusting them quite a lot.Pairing is not quite plug-and-play, but it is fairly simple with easy to follow instructions.Constant flashing LEDs are very noticeable especially at night. The set up is easy and straight forward. I was testing these as there were kids playing football outside my window. The moment I switch them on and played music, I could see them, but couldn't hear them....and THATTTTTTTTTT is what I need. These are beautiful looking headphones
These are beautiful looking headphones. The magnetic aspects have a real feel of quality and they are small in the ear. Most people do not even notice I'm wearing them! The ability to pause and start (basic functionality) with a single press of either bud is a good feature and getting them on/in/connected is easy. Pop one in each ear, turn on and its ready to go within 3 seconds.There are some negatives. The main one is the consistency of connection when outside. When walking or out and about, they regularly drop out (albeit, reconnect after). The frustrating thing with this is the frequency of the disconnections. Outside, it can occur almost immediately and persist throughout the journey. However, and for balance, the reliability of the connection is fantastic when indoors, commuting on an overground train, London underground, in the office at work or even in the gym. Most of the time I use them, they are working and working well.The reason for four stars is these headphones have the wow factor. When they work (which is most of the times I use them), they are simply impressive. Wearing them, it feels like technology of the future and they are how buds should be.
