After discussion with admins, we've decided to do what you all have been begging of us for nearly a decade.
On the day of the 10th anniversary of our video announcing the server's existence, September 27th 2010, we will be RELEASING the ORIGINAL Enterprise D Build that started it all. Giving YOU full access to a crucial piece of Minecraft history.
This ship is unlike any other on the server. This ship's decks were made 100% by hand, hullwork 100% by hand, azteching by hand, all in classic Minecraft all the way leading up to 1.2 after Beta. Because of this ships age, it will definitely show in its work compared to other ships on our server. Large rooms that are empty, old block usage, corridor width inconsistencies, etc.
Next to this marvel will be the bridge deck down to deck 2/3 of our Version 3 Enterprise D, our latest and trophy build of the server, to give you an idea of the change MineTrek has undergone in the last decade. We've advanced tons in ship design, constraints and rules over time, and it serves as a sneak peek as to what awaits you for when you visit our server to see our other massive marvels.
