As mention you seems to have tried the basic troubleshooting steps and it seem the drivers is missing from the device manager.

As an initial steps install the latest update. To check for updates now, go to Settings > Update & security > Windows Update, and select Check for updates. If Windows Update says that your PC is up to date, you have all the updates that are currently available.

I would suggest you to download the drivers from the manufacturer website and check if it helps.

Updating display drivers

• Select the Start button, type Device Manager, and select it from the list of results. Expand the display drivers, then right-click on appear driver, and select Update Driver Software.

• Select Search automatically for updated Driver Software.

• If Windows doesn’t find a new driver, you can try looking the display driver from the manufacturer’s website and follow their instructions.
