Konica minolta universal print driver windows 10 download - that interfere
Konica minolta universal print driver windows 10 download - opinion you
does anyone know where i can download the correct universal print driver for a konica minolta bizhub 210/162? i have the printer connected through a HP Jetdirect 175x print server as i was not able to source a network card as the model is old. i have tried numerous drivers from the Konica Minolta website and have yet to have any printing success. i am trying to install it on a win 2003 server which i use as print server. if anyone has any ideas on how i should do this or things to try please please reply to this question.
nick i am convinced it is a problem with compatability with jetdirect printserver and the bizhub, i have found a retailer in USA for the Nc-502 network card and am going to order one and see how we go then.

The KM UK website's a bit toss, frankly; with old KMs I've found that the US drivers are the best bet. Hang on a mo' and let me dig.

Have you already tried that one? The US site for once had nothing.
i dont think i tried this one il give it a go and see
I tried the driver link you gave me nichomach but no printing. would it be the print server config or printer protocols or anything like that?
Are you setting the printer up as a standard TCP/IP printer? If so, as a generic or JetDirect? Are you setting it it RAW or LPR?

i am trying to set it up as a networked printer using jetdirect because it obtains the IP address from this. i have another networked printer setup the same way and i have tried to mirror the settings from this and the thing there is a difference in is the mdns settings - rendevous, i have no lpd printing (binps) option available for the konica but i have on the interface of the other printer which works fine. i have also tried setting it up as lpr from the start, but no joy with that either. i can browse to the web admin interface and ping no problem to ip address given by jetdirect server. i have tried it with lpd printing (auto) settings but no joy with that either.
I would set the queue up at the 2003 server as a local printer and creating a standard TCP/IP port pointed at the static address you've assigned to the JetDirect (you're using a static address for it, right?). In the Port Settings, initially set it to LPR and use auto or raw as the queue name (in lower case). If that doesn't work, change the protocol to Raw in the port settings and use 9100 as the Port Number.

yeah i am using a static address which is already assigned to jetdirect server, ive already tried setting up as local printer on server and assigning the ip address of the jetdirect server to it. ive tried configuring the port settings to what you suggested and the protocols, but still no printing.
nick i am convinced it is a problem with compatability with jetdirect printserver and the bizhub, i have found a retailer in USA for the Nc-502 network card and am going to order one and see how we go then.
Probably a good bet - sorry I haven't got back to you; been fairly swamped here!
