[PS4] Sharing DLC Across Multiple Accounts On The Same Console
In order to share your Evolve downloadable content with other user accounts on the same PlayStation console, please follow the instructions below.
- First off, your PS4 has to be activated as your main console for you to share DLC on it.
- On the console, go to Settings -> PSN -> Activate as your Primary PS4.
- At the Sony Website you can sign in and hit the Activate a Device button.
- If you don't have it activated, you cannot share DLC content with other users. Once you have activated it, you should be all set. If you've already done this, you should probably call Sony to figure out what's wrong. If you have activated it, DO NOT DEACTIVATE, or you will certainly have to call Sony to activate the console again.
In order to share your Evolve downloadable content with other user accounts on the same PlayStation console, please follow the instructions below.
We have released the following DLC items, which are now shareable:
- Hunting Season 1
- Hunting Season 2
- Behemoth
- Sunny
- Slim
- Torvald
- Crow
- Lennox
Here's how to access the shared DLC:
- Ensure the account that purchased the DLC originally is setup as the primary PS4. Tips for this can be found in the official PS4 manual: http://manuals.playstation.net/document/en/ps4/settings/activation.html
- Access the PlayStation® Store
- Locate the DLC items in the above list
- Download the “Free” item from the store to switch to the Shared DLC item
