Pdf wont download

Hello,

We would like to know more about your concern regarding the pdf files that you're receiving. What's the default application that opens the pdf files in your computer? Are you experiencing the issue on a contact only or with all the contacts who were sending you pdf files? Did you receive any error messages when opening the pdf files?

I have the Acrobat Reader.

It happens with all pdf files, all contacts.

When I try to download the file (after seeing the blank page) I get http error 404.

No pending updates, browsers IE and Chrome, neither works.
