I don't see any 'advanced options.'

I do have "..." which offers 'see more,' however there is no reset option here.

All I am getting is a grey box with a microphone in the middle which disapears after a couple of seconds, I have checked that the microphone is on for voice recorder but still no improvement, and the Microsoft site won't allow me to reinstall it as it's already supposed to be present, and I can't uninstall to reinstall as the option is greyed out... Frustrating!
