Welcome to the Mari0 portal!

The goal of Mari0 is the same as that of Super Mario Bros: you must sprint through the Mushroom Kingdom, survive the attacks of Bowser's henchmen, and save Princess Peach. You have to find tokens, smash tiles, and gather special abilities along the way. Special powers come in the shape of a Super Pillow. All those are essential for the expansion of Mario's life and skills.

When swallowed, Mario can double the size and make it easy for you to travel around the platform.  Like Mario, you've got to beat Goombas and the Koopa Troopas that threaten you. The catch is Mario's only way to jump. This means that you should climb over your opponents or reach the wall they're seated on, so they're going to tip over.

A successful way to get many opponents at once is to hop on the Koopa Troop. It's going to withdraw into its body, where it can be forced to strike other targets. Another technique you can use is the opportunity to apply to Fire Flower. This is a special talent that comes out of a floating box. Once you've obtained it you can send explosions to your enemies.

Take on new challenges

You must get all of Mario's skills to get through the eight realms of the game. The 8th and last world would be where King Bowser and Princess Peach are found. It's crucial to know that since he's put fake Bowsers in every place. If true or not, both can be decimated by leaping over and hitting the ax at the end of the bridge.

Mari0's general look is not far from the original title, but additional enhancements have been introduced to improve the gameplay experience. The first is Mario's new talents. The strength of cabbage allows him to sprint quicker and leap higher while the beetroot strength allows him to lay a root for his enemies.

Another one is the extra worlds. One stage that will come as a shock to the Super Mario Bros players is the Tank Army level. It's a rough level where Bowser as well as an arsenal of tanks are in the way along with a Venus Fire Trap that fires fireballs at you. Some levels have cloned and an infinite line of Goombas and Koopa Troopas.

Although Mari0 may not be an official Nintendo title, the gameplay and features of the game are similar to the original Super Mario titles. Animations and side-scrolling look better, but it's also as challenging. This is a decent game for both fans of the franchise and younger players since their commands are easy to follow.
