Literally the worst company in the entire world!
Server issues on the first day I paid for service- customer service was unresponsive and I submitted a cancellation and refund request the very next day. They REFUSE to refund my money.
DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!!

Terrible customer service!
After using this service for 6 months, I am truly frustrated with how terrible their customer service has been. Any time I have an issue, it takes weeks for their support team to respond. You can pay extra to make your ticket more important, but that's completely ludicrous for a service we're already paying for. There are server issues that they don't acknowledge when they finally reply two weeks later and I'm prompted to write this because they did maintenance and updated every server's IP addresses without sending an e-mail notification that they were going to do this. You're much better off finding another host as I'll be doing shortly!

Everytime i bought a server there were issues.
Not recommended. A lot of issues. Connection unavailable issues in console, pending payments, yada yada yada. For this price i think u can get a way better hosting service

Shockingly BAD
I have only been using them for about 2 months and support ticket response has been below average from the start then they double billed me for my first month and have refused to answer me on why this happened. DO NOT USE!

Support from Shockbyte is fast very fast the first week.
after the first week they are slow I guess they want you ty pay 3 dollar for fast-track.
But the first 5 months went pretty good but then problems began.
We use own Mysql server located in EU, Shockbyte have there in Canada and is pretty poor.
But as we have own all went fine. Until the server was not allowed to connect to MySQL
So I contacted them explaining all.
My question was way they don’t allowed us to use own MySQL.
The answer was a link on how to setup MySQL at their place.
So we did then next problem came User db_xxxxx already has more than 'max_user_connections' active connections.
I contacted them and no answer so fare 3 days in and its ruining the server.
1. I don’t think a answer is to big to ask for.
2. after 4 days of replay down below that thy looking in to it. I have not goten any replay on the ticket or from support chat.

Buy or you are wasting your money
Amazing fast speeds even though its cheap as heck, im running lots of mods with 3gb ram server with two players and its still not even close to any lag, i honestly love this website and server.
